Terms of Service

01Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AIconic Studio, including this website, the AIconic Studio app and every workflow, model and tool inside it (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a company or agency, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.

02Adults only

AIconic Studio is for people aged 18 and over. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. We close accounts that belong to anyone under 18.

03Your account

• Give accurate details and confirm your email address when asked.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One person per account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.
• Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account.

04Content rules

AIconic Studio makes realistic images and videos of people. These rules are not optional:

• You have the rights to what you upload. Use photos and videos of yourself, or of people who gave you their permission, and material you own or are licensed to use.
• Nobody under 18. Ever. Never upload, create or request anything that shows or suggests a minor, in any context. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and close the account immediately.
• Adult content stays with your own characters. 18+ workflows are off until you turn them on in Settings, and may only be used with characters in your account that depict consenting adults.
• No impersonation, deception or harassment. Do not create sexual or intimate content of a real person without their consent, deepfakes meant to mislead, content that impersonates someone, or content that harasses, threatens, defames or exposes the private information of others.
• Nothing illegal. No content or use that breaks the law where you are or where it is published, including hate content, extremist propaganda, fraud, spam or infringement of others’ rights.
• Respect the platform. Do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, get around its limits or safety filters, or resell access to it without our written agreement.

Content that breaks these rules is removed and the account may be suspended or closed without refund. We may use automated and human review to enforce them.

05Your content

“Your content” means what you upload (photos, videos, LoRAs and other models, prompts) and what you generate with the Service. You keep ownership of your content, as far as the law allows.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run the Service for you, for example to train the models you ask for, to run your generations and to show you your results. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in short-lived backups.

You are responsible for your content and for how you use and publish it, including on social platforms whose own rules may require AI-generated content to be labelled.

06AI outputs

Generations are created by AI models and can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to outputs other people receive. Speeds and quality depend on the model, the workflow and current GPU load. Review your outputs before you rely on them or publish them.

Insights, research and growth recommendations inside the Service are guidance, not guarantees of reach, revenue or results.

07Plans, credits and payments

• Generations and other paid features use credits. The credits each action costs are shown in the app before you run it.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we say otherwise at checkout. Whether unused plan credits carry over is shown with each plan.
• Prices may change. We tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

08Changes to the Service

AI moves fast. We add, update and retire models and workflows as better technology becomes available, and some features are marked “soon” or beta. We may change or stop parts of the Service, and we try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid plans.

09Our property

The Service, its software, workflows, design, brand and trained systems belong to AIconic Studio or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal right to use the Service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

10Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts others at risk or exposes us to legal liability. Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you why.

11Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and reliable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, AIconic Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims made against us because of your content or your breach of these Terms.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we notify you in the app or by email, and the app may ask you to agree again before you continue.
